Job Summary
Asset Administrator I responsible for IT asset lifecycle management within ServiceNow, including asset tracking, inventory, licenses, and service contracts. Drives asset management efficiency, ensures compliance with purchasing procedures, generates compliance and trend reports, supports IT budgets and forecasts, and maintains contract records. Collaborates with BT team members, manages hardware and software contracts from initiation to termination, and maintains strong vendor relationships while contributing to the organization’s culture of care and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Business or Technology preferred
- 3 years or more experience in a service or support role
- Knowledge of ServiceNow a plus
- Experience with creating dashboards and reporting systems
- Travel: 15%
- Work Schedule includes Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, flexible schedule as necessary
