Assessor-Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Lynwood

Assessors with BCBA credentials provide assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS) for children and adults on the autism spectrum, develop individualized ABA programming, and manage data across contracts. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, creating client-specific interventions, data recording, ensuring contract fulfillment, guiding staff and caregivers, delivering sessions as needed, and maintaining professional communication. Hybrid options and telehealth are available; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
