Job Summary
Assessments & Integrations Program Manager leads the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle from initiation through final executive readout and integration handoff. Provides day-to-day leadership for assessment delivery, ensures standardized, timely execution, and partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, client-ready outcomes. Requires working knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes, KPIs, and best practices; skilled in communicating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences; proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; capable of managing multiple assessments and coordinating with internal teams and clients. Remote position with travel to client sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue cycle
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading assessment delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to create organized documentation and client-facing deliverables
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of KPI calculation and healthcare performance metrics
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare management/administration or related field
