Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one assessments for HRA-identified applicants and recipients to determine treatment needs and make clinical recommendations for referrals. Review client progress to assist in recovery and link individuals to chemical dependency treatment and harm reduction programs. Work with treatment providers daily to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Maintain a predictable 35-hour work-week from Monday to Friday with excellent work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Active NYS CASAC credential
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a substance use treatment setting
- High school degree

- Bachelors degree
- Bilingual Spanish
