Will manage cases from start to finish with meaningful autonomy and direct client interaction, collaborating with experienced directors and partners especially during the first year. Expect significant client contact via phone and email, advisory on case strategy and status, and a clear growth track toward Director-level roles and partnership conversations. Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in Ohio
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, contract law, or litigation-based civil matters
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Proficient in drafting complaints, answers, motions, discovery, and preparing money judgments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent client service abilities
- Dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
