Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cognitive, behavioral, and psychological assessments for patients with cognitive, behavioral, or emotional problems, administering tests to evaluate functioning and implement interventions for neurobehavioral issues. Determine and arrange internal or external services, participate in case reviews to evaluate progress, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical recommendations. Assist with discharge planning, coordinate patient readiness for discharge, and utilize teaching methods to meet patient and family educational needs. Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, addressing social needs and referring patients for specialty care as required. Fort Collins Clinic location. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
- State licensure Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Two years of relevant experience with psychological assessment
- Experience in behavioral interventions, critical incident event management and case management
- Experience using evidence-based treatments to treat multiple behavioral health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- Critical thinking skills
- Decisive judgement
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience in therapy with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations
