Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator – LPN role supporting Wellness Director in coordinating and supervising personal care, medication services, staff training, and day-to-day resident care in a licensed senior housing setting. Requires LPN in good standing, 3+ years in assisted living/nursing home, strong knowledge of state/local rules, supervisory experience, excellent organizational and documentation skills, experience in training staff, and ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and safe delivery of care. Valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a LPN in good standing
- Must meet all State health requirements
- Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home
- Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks
- Must have strong documentation skills
- Must have experience in training and staff development
- Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
- Must have valid driver’s license
