Job Summary

Conduct intake assessments for eligibility within established timelines and connect individuals to generic resources for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties. Provide outreach and training to community partners while determining eligibility for a diverse population. Work under the direction of the Intake Supervisor to support individuals in achieving their goals. This bilingual role requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience and English/Spanish fluency. The position is primarily office-based with opportunities for remote work and includes personal automobile transportation for emergencies. North Bay Regional Center serves over 13,000 people across the three counties, partnering with community organizations to ensure independent living.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • A Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology, counseling, or special education and three years' employment in a field related to developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor's degree and two years' case management experience at a regional center
  • Ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements
  • Must be available for office-based work with potential remote work availability
