Job Summary
Responsible for providing psychosocial, rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented services for adults, conducting initial assessments to confirm eligibility, and engaging clients and families throughout the process. Responsibilities include completing intake Core Assessments, developing Individual Client Plans, screening for treatment barriers, and collaborating with treatment teams. The role also requires facilitating groups and offering individual and family therapy as well as crisis intervention support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a provider of mental health services
- Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- California driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration
Additional Requirements
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old
- Excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles
