Job Summary
Provide support for all functions of the Assessment Center, including administration of various assessments, ensuring security of testing materials and logs, maintaining accurate testing records, generating monthly and year-end reports, communicating with instructors and advisors, and producing statistical assessment-related reports. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred), strong customer service, data-entry and computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel), and the ability to drive to district campuses for meetings. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a 12-month contract and standard hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., located at the Career Planning Center in Oklahoma City. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working directly with student populations preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- detail-oriented
- confidentiality of student records/assessment scores
- proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- valid Oklahoma Driver's license and ability to drive to meetings/training locations
