Job Summary
Lead division program evaluation projects through design, methods, data collection, analysis, and reporting to division/school leadership and key stakeholders. Oversee development, implementation, monitoring, and revision of the division’s strategic plan. Facilitate the implementation of evaluation findings via collaborative action planning with key stakeholders. Analyze and report division data using data visualization to support decision-making. Prepare informal or formal reports and presentations for school boards, senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. Provide expert consultation to division leaders and external partners in planning, measurement, evaluation, and improvement. Develop and lead in-service professional learning across internal and external stakeholders to advance key organizational initiatives. Direct and monitor the division’s standardized testing and assessment program. Lead continuous improvement to division strategic initiatives. Design, review, implement, analyze, and report on division-level survey efforts. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Accountability Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Evaluation, or Applied Research is required; Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of five years job related experience preferred within educational field with increasing levels of responsibility
