Job Summary
Assertive Community Treatment Team Lead overseeing an ACT team in Charlotte, NC. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, ensuring fidelity to the ACT model and high-quality, person-centered care. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or related field
- Active, unrestricted licensure in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or RN with psychiatric experience)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with individuals with SPMI
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
