Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients receiving Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services. Deliver crisis assessment and intervention, symptom management, and evidence-based behavioral therapies while collaborating with care teams to implement person-centered plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Work with families and natural supports to achieve treatment goals and coordinate services for substance use disorder clients. Participate in supervision and assist in developing transition plans for clients moving in and out of services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work or related field
- Licensed in NC as a LCSW/A or LCMHC/A
- Associate or full mental health license (i.e LCSW/A or LCMHC/A)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
