Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder clients receiving Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team services. Deliver crisis assessment and intervention, symptom management, and evidence-based behavioral therapies while coordinating service delivery with clients, families, and natural supports. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, develop person-centered and transition plans, and collaborate with care teams to achieve outlined goals. Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards and participate in supervision as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work or related field
- Licensed in NC as a LCSW/A or LCMHC/A
- Associate or full mental health license (i.e LCSW/A or LCMHC/A)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
