Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder clients within ACT teams. Deliver in-home mental health services, crisis assessment and intervention, service coordination, and consult on person-centered treatment plans. Apply evidence-based practices, support clients with daily living and social/interpersonal goals, and collaborate with families and natural supports to achieve client-centered outcomes. Maintain clinical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in supervision as licensure allows.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field (required)
- Must be licensed in NC as a LCSW/A or LCMHC/A (required)
- Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW/A) or licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC/A) license in North Carolina (required)
- Experience providing individual, family, or group therapy (preferred)
- In-home/community-based mental health services experience (preferred)
