Job Summary
ACT Therapist providing in-home, community-based mental health and substance use disorder services to clients served by an ACT team. Responsibilities include individual, family, and/or group therapy; service coordination; crisis assessment and intervention; symptom assessment and management; education and consultation; and collaboration with families, natural supports, and collateral agencies to implement person-centered treatment plans. Licensure at the LCSW/A or LCMHC/A level in North Carolina is required.
