Job Summary

Provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT team, ensuring adherence to program standards while balancing direct client care. Conduct individual clinical supervision and case consultations, responding to crisis situations and acting as a back-up for client needs as required. Deliver services including crisis assessment, symptom management, individual counseling, psychotherapy, and substance abuse treatment to clients. Coordinate education and support for families and natural supports, and lead the development and evaluation of person-centered plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with National Program Standards for ACT Teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Must hold a current license to practice in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A)
  • Minimum of one year of direct practice experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use challenges
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
