Job Summary
Monitor and oversee all medical and clinical aspects of services delivered, including medication monitoring, documentation, and psychopharmacologic interventions. Conduct crisis assessments, manage symptoms, and develop intervention plans while collaborating with the ACT team to track clinical status. Provide individual counseling, substance abuse treatment, and psycho-educational support, and assist in creating transition plans for clients moving in and out of services. This role requires a licensed RN in NC with DMH-approved ACTT training and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse must be licensed to practice in NC by the Board of Nursing
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- DMH-approved ACTT training
- Demonstrate competence in providing ACT services prior to service provision
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
