Job Summary
Monitor and oversee all medical and clinical aspects of services delivered, including medication monitoring, documentation, and psychopharmacologic interventions within your scope of practice. Conduct crisis assessments, manage symptoms, and develop intervention plans while collaborating with the ACT team to track clinical status and treatment response. Provide individual counseling, substance abuse treatment, and psycho-educational support to clients and families, and assist in creating transition plans for those moving in and out of services. This role supports a comprehensive, integrative behavioral health model for individuals across North Carolina with varying levels of need, emphasizing person-centered care and inherent strengths.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse must be licensed to practice in NC by the Board of Nursing
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- DMH-approved ACTT training
- Demonstrate competence in providing ACT services prior to service provision
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
