Job Summary
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing sub-assemblies, and reworking products. Key duties include interpreting drawings, setting up and operating hand tools, bolting, riveting, and inspecting products for conformance to specifications. The role demands the physical ability to lift and move heavy components and to work in a loud environment. Required Qualifications
- High school education preferred
- Previous factory experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in standard units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
