Assembly Trainee- Night Shift

Job Summary

Operate drills, read gages, and assemble easy sub-assemblies while performing self-inspections to ensure quality and efficient workmanship in the foundry. Review and inspect all materials, document procedure changes, and notify the Team Leader for updates. Learn proper tool utilization for sub-assemblies, locators, and chills, and become certified in assembling components according to established procedures. Understand processes including liquid mud, solid mud, sand packing, corfix 19, paste, filter fit, and vent/fin/assembly workflows. Maintain organized inventory and assist with department functions. This entry-level night shift role requires previous assembly experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications
