Assembly Tester 2

Job Summary
Assemble and test machine variants on an automatic test bench, following digital prompts and work instructions; perform performance tuning via real-time feedback such as air band modifications; conduct manual testing and visual inspections to catch leaks, thread issues, paint flaws, and labeling errors; troubleshoot and quickly repair non-conformances (e.g., clamp tightening, belt adjustments, paint touch-ups); log issues digitally and coordinate with assembly leads or Engineering on change-validation projects. Requires at least 2 years of assembly/mechanical testing experience, ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings, proficiency with mechanical hand/air tools, comfort around heavy machinery and high-voltage gear, basic MS Outlook/Excel skills, and strong verbal/written English. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven assembly and mechanical testing experience (≥2 years)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical parts drawings
- Master-level familiarity with mechanical hand/air tools
- Comfort working around heavy machinery, forklifts, fuel variants, and high-voltage gear
- Basic MS Outlook and Excel for team communication and data collection
- Verbal and written English skills
