Assembly & Test Support Technician provides operational and maintenance support within manufacturing assembly and engine testing areas. Focus on maintaining clean, safe, and functional workspaces while assisting with minor maintenance activities to ensure efficient production and testing operations. Key responsibilities include supporting assembly and engine test operations by maintaining work areas and equipment, cleaning tasks (paint overspray and debris), preparing test cells and assembly stations for production readiness, performing basic maintenance repairs and preventative tasks, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, ensuring tools and systems remain clean and operational, following standard work instructions and safety procedures, assisting with material handling and general support tasks, maintaining organization of tools and parts, adhering to 5S standards, participating in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to waste management and recycling, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
