Job Summary
Plans and performs mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, tests, fabrications, and inspection operations on products in standard and non-standard environments to maintain workflow. Reads and follows blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings, uses hand and electrical tools, conducts quality checks, and records defects. Performs rework/repairs per engineering changes and maintains a clean, safe work area. role requires standing up to 8 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs. Position is onsite in Medley, FL with standard daytime hours and possible overtime; HS diploma or GED required (or 2 years relevant experience) and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of HS diploma
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions
- Ability to operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
