Assembly Technicians - Night Shift

Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and support automated assembly systems, including robotics, vision systems, conveyors, and workcells; load and unload components per standardized work instructions; respond to machine alarms and perform basic troubleshooting; verify machine programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures; perform in-process inspections (visual, torque, fit, alignment, labeling); use MES and ERP systems to record production data; document defects and trends, escalate issues to Quality or shift leadership; perform basic rework within defined tolerances; stage and replenish materials to maintain continuous flow; track components with ERP/MES/RF scanning and follow FIFO/traceability requirements; maintain a safe environment and 5S standards; collaborate with Automation Technicians, Process Engineers, and Quality teams; provide feedback on system performance and recurring stoppages to improve automation reliability; participate in problem-solving and root-cause analysis. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in automated manufacturing is preferred; familiarity with robotics-enabled or software-controlled lines is a plus; strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; ability to read instructions and use MES/ERP tools; basic mechanical/electrical/robotic knowledge is helpful; technical training or certifications in automation, mechatronics, electronics, or manufacturing operations preferred.
