Job Summary
Hands-on assembly technician role in a manufacturing environment building industrial equipment. You will assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components based on blueprints/work instructions, use hand and power tools, inspect parts to meet ODRA quality standards, install and wire electrical components, perform hydraulic system assembly/testing, and conduct basic troubleshooting and functional testing. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow standardized build processes, and support continuous improvement as part of a team; training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
- Comfort working with common hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment
- Reliable, consistent, and able to meet production expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with hydraulic systems or electrical wiring
- Forklift or overhead crane certification (training provided if required)
- Previous experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing, or industrial production
