Assembly Technician - Wellhead

Job Summary
Assemble, test, and paint wellhead equipment while picking, distributing, and storing materials for assembly or shipping. Organize the work area by maintaining equipment, product storage containers, and racking, and manage inventory assignment for warehouse and order selection. Assist with stocking requirements, shipping duties, and shop housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment. Participate in safety meetings, monthly inspections, and a rotational on-call schedule while adhering to Stream-Flo Group's Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Mechanical assembly/repair experience
- Forklift and overhead crane experience
- Computer skills using MS Office or ERP system
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of equipment use and field applications
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication (oral and written)
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver license along with a reliable vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Stream-Flo Industries and/or competitors' equipment
