Job Summary
Assembles bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently using hand tools; troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality finished builds while working independently inside major retail stores. Meets daily productivity goals and earns commission-based pay with no cap on earnings, with potential to advance through training and career tracks. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, travel between nearby store locations if required, and pass pre-employment drug screening and MVR checks. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
