Job Summary
Conduct assembly tasks using hand and power tools to mechanically and electrically assemble components following standardized work instructions. Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination while meeting production standard times. Utilize test equipment to ensure accuracy and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform ERP transactions and provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and communicate proactively to address challenges. Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain smooth assembly operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
- Ability to meet production standard times
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced continuous workflow production environment while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
- Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30 pm 4 day work week
