Assembly Technician / Production Specialist

Job Summary
Assemble equipment, components, and subassemblies; use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools safely; follow work orders, instructions, drawings, and parts lists; identify missing parts, fitment issues, and quality concerns; communicate problems clearly with supervisors and team members; keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; help improve processes as the company grows. Required Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, repair, fabrication, or another hands-on mechanical role
- Able to use common tools safely and confidently
- Able to follow written instructions and basic drawings
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and no-drama team attitude
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with equipment, machinery, electrical, welding, or fabrication (preferred)
- Forklift or material handling experience (preferred)
- Experience with ERP/MRP or production tracking systems (preferred)
