Job Summary
Assembly Technician responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a manufacturing environment, following SOPs and work instructions; meet production requirements while minimizing scrap and rework; move materials using approved methods; perform visual and dimensional inspections with calipers and gauges; maintain accurate production, quality, downtime, and maintenance records; identify and report irregularities or quality concerns; assist with equipment setup and preventive maintenance; complete required documentation in software systems; follow labeling and material control procedures; participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives; adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
