Job Summary
Assemble and repair products and merchandise at retail locations (Walmart, Lowe's) on a part-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities include following manufacturer instructions, building a variety of items (barbecues, bicycles, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches, furniture), providing customer service, checking in with retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory, generating invoices daily, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, independence, and productivity-based pay (per-piece with typical earnings around $17-$25 per hour and potential to ~$30 depending on throughput). Requires day-shift/early morning availability, basic hand tools or cordless tools, a smartphone/email, ability to pass background and drug tests, being 18+, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Training provided; experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- A mechanical aptitude
- Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver
- A smartphone and e-mail address
- Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device
- Ability to pass a background test
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of working on your feet for extended periods
- Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience is a plus, but we will train
