Job Summary
Conduct product assembly, box build, and quality assurance through various testing steps. Perform arrival control of components, prepare batches, and execute PCBA and electronics troubleshooting and repair. Handle inbound deliveries and outbound shipments to customers while managing basic ERP reporting and administration. Collaborate closely with the Production and Supply Chain department. Full-time on-site position in Gothenburg reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical interest
- Hands-on experience from product assembly
- Hands-on experience from testing
- Hands-on experience from quality control
- Hands-on experience from troubleshooting of electronics
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working practically in a production environment
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with communicating in Swedish
- Comfortable with communicating in English
- Written communication in Swedish
- Spoken communication in Swedish
- Written communication in English

Desired Qualifications
