Job Summary
Execute electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly tasks including sub-assembly builds, harness construction, and component installation. Perform crimping, pinning, and tube cutting to precise customer specifications while adhering to schematics and work instructions. Utilize various manufacturing tools such as torque wrenches, heat guns, and crimp tools to complete wet processing equipment builds. Maintain quality workmanship and support a team atmosphere while developing skills for promotion to Level 2. Entry-level candidates with a high school diploma and ability to work under pressure are expected to ensure professional behavior and follow all company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Entry level experience
- Ability to crimp and pin connectors
- Ability to build wire harnesses
- Ability to build cable assemblies
- Ability to complete sub-assembly builds of wet processing equipment to precise customer specifications
- Ability to understand metric and standard units of measure
- Ability to describe basic electrical circuits
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of specification tolerances
- Ability to use various documentation methods (schematics, drawings, work instructions) to follow and understand procedures
- Ability to use various manufacturing tools to include sockets, wrenches, pliers, screw drivers, torque wrenches, volt meters, drills, heat guns, crimp tools
- Ability to work in multiple environments
- Ability to support a team atmosphere adhering to company practices and guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure
