Job Summary
Build Lincoln Electric automation machinery and equipment by reading assembly blueprints and air schematics, organizing build sites, and operating forklifts and cranes. Weld and fabricate parts, wire and pull cables as needed, and ensure project-specific checklists are completed. Collaborate with helpers, engineers, and management while working directly with customers to successfully complete installations. Travel to service sites as required. This role supports continuous improvement objectives within our manufacturing and automation facilities across 20 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be familiar with Company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
- Be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Operate forklift
- Commitment to company values.
- Able to weld and fab.
- Able to wire and pull cables when needed.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience or equivalent preferred
