Job Summary
Assemble, test, and qualify products, systems, and equipment to meet company and client specifications, including executing flushing procedures to NAS 06 standards. Perform product testing, participate in qualification activities, and maintain accurate records of inspections and completed work. Assist with onshore project preparation, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure readiness for offshore platform or vessel deployment. Read engineering drawings, identify potential issues prior to deployment, and implement process improvements while adhering to safety policies and regulatory requirements. High school diploma required with 1–3 years of manufacturing or mechanical maintenance experience; forklift and offshore oil & gas equipment experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment and work in industrial environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or vocational training
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical maintenance, or a related field
- Experience with hydraulic systems, pressure testing, or industrial equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in occasional offshore activities and travel as required
- Experience with offshore oil & gas equipment or subsea systems
- Forklift and overhead crane experience
- Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection procedures
- Knowledge of flushing and cleanliness standards, including NAS specifications
