Job Summary
Assemble agricultural equipment and machinery by reading SOPs, building sub-assemblies, and utilizing hand tools, battery-powered impacts, and specialty A/C machines. Navigate the Parts Book, Great Plains, and internal BOMs to manage inventory and pick lists, while interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics. Troubleshoot fault codes, direct the assembly process, and train fellow technicians. Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work indoors or outdoors in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including on-call duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-5 years of assembly and/or mechanic-related experience
- Must be able to pass assembly test
- Must be able to pass forklift certification test (as needed)
- Regularly lift to 50 pounds
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Frequently lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, grasp, grip, walk, and stand
- Occasionally kneel, crawl, reach, climb, and sit
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in any type of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic assembly
- Experience in Agricultural work
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Forklift driving experience
