Job Summary

The Assembly Technician at International Auto Processing will install and perform quality installations of required parts, including disassembling and reassembling vehicle body components, installing components per customer specifications, and organizing body shop vehicles. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid US Driver's License, the ability to obtain a TWIC Badge, and experience operating both automatic and manual shift vehicles. Physical demands include lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20lbs and working with various solvents and paints.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
  • Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have own tools and willingness to maintain the tools necessary to complete daily tasks
  • Experience in a port processing environment
  • Deadline and detail oriented
