Job Summary
Assemble blades in a manufacturing setting: follow work instructions, wear PPE, handle lightening cable and related components, attach cable with zip ties to the blade, remove stay bolts, insert plugs to prevent dust ingress, place donut inside blade using Sika, smooth material with hand tools, and maintain 5S standards. Position supports lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and operating basic hand and power tools and heavy machinery. Shift is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Base pay for U.S. positions ranges from $22.88 to $27.50 per hour, equating to an annualized salary of approximately $47,590 to $57,200. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete
- Knowledge of the department area
- Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Requires wearing of respirator
- High School Diploma/GED or related experience
