Job Summary

Assemble pressure vessel products according to engineering drawings and specifications while supporting warehouse operations through receiving, material handling, and inventory organization. Assist with quality inspections, pressure testing, and leak testing, ensuring ASME-certified components are properly identified and stored. Operate manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and hoists safely, and prepare finished units for shipment including packaging and palletizing. Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements. This role supports Hydronic Efficiency Products (HEP) manufacturing and requires the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience
  • Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
