Job Summary
Assemble products and components according to engineering documentation and assigned work orders, completing assembly, packaging, and sub-assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. Meet daily production schedules and productivity expectations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Complete required work order documentation and assist with inventory cycle counts as needed. Follow established production procedures, safety protocols, and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Perform additional production or warehouse duties as assigned. This full-time day shift role includes Monday–Friday hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM at a rate of $15.00/hour. Candidates must have previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Must be dependable
- Ability to work the full scheduled shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to push and pull heavy objects using appropriate equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, including 8–12-hour shifts
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear
