Job Summary
As Crusoe’s Assembly Technician, responsibilities include assembling parts per work instructions, ensuring zero-defect quality, documenting QA via Quality Check Sheets, photographing projects for quality history, packaging and shipping per procedures, and coordinating with the team to meet daily production goals. Requires basic hand-tool proficiency, mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints, and a safety-conscious, collaborative mindset. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ponchatoula, LA, with compensation between $20-$26/hour plus bonus; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2+ years of experience reading and interpreting Mechanical drawing/Blueprint packages
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Detail oriented
- Team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Drug and alcohol program participation
- Background check
