Job Summary
Perform assembly and testing activities per production work instructions while troubleshooting issues, executing minor rework, and supporting failure analysis to identify root causes. Read schematics and technical documentation to guide equipment setup and maintain tools and workstations using 5S standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within the Plasma Control Technologies division. This role requires a Technician Diploma with five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience and proficiency in LabVIEW, C++, and Excel automation.
Required Qualifications
- Technician Diploma
- at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or a related electronics manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly RF Matching Networks and RF Generators
