Job Summary
Assemble components and products following detailed instructions, technical drawings, and specifications while operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assigned tasks accurately. Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled products meet company and industry standards, and troubleshoot defects or errors in the assembly process by reporting issues to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including production logs and inspection reports, while following safety protocols and keeping the work environment clean and organized. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and production efficiency, and assist in training new team members as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing setting
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing
