Job Summary
Assemble, repair, and test components according to blueprints, work instructions, and company standards to produce quality, customer-ready equipment. Verify assembly specifications, fasten parts and subassemblies using hand tools and powered industrial equipment, and run hydraulic lines. Mount tires and assemble repair components for hubs, spindles, bearings, and accumulator packs while tracking parts usage and reporting counts to software daily. Perform quality checks, maintain a clean work environment, and monitor for hazards by following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safe conditions for self and others. Fill in as needed and perform other duties assigned by the Assembly Team Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to articulate ideas and plans and communicate these accurately and effectively to others
- Ability to work accurately and thoroughly
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Good organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form
- Dependable and Reliable work ethic
- Must provide your own tools
- Willingness to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Must be able to lift over 20 lbs constantly
- Must be able to lift over 100 lbs occasionally with assistance

Desired Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
- One (1) year of assembly or related manufacturing experience
- Mechanical aptitude
