Job Summary

Utilize hand and power tools to assemble mechanical and electrical parts following standardized work instructions while meeting production standard times. Employ lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination, ensuring compliance with safety regulations during all assembly processes. Perform ERP transactions accurately and provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and address challenges proactively. Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, with a four-day work week.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
  • Ability to meet production standard times
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced continuous workflow production environment while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
  • Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30 pm 4 day work week
