Job Summary
Assemble and service retail merchandise displays and consumer products on-site in Georgia. Follow instructions, read blueprints or drawings, select or modify components, and align parts to build assemblies. Track and report production quantities and timing, ensure quality, and maintain tools. Work independently as an independent contractor paid by piece rate, with travel to multiple store locations and customer sites. Requires heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs), steady work pace, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read manuals/drawings. Training provided; full-time-like daily availability in stores, with weekday 9am start and potential weekends. Opportunities to advance to in-store merchandise assembler with major retailers such as Lowe's, Home Depot, ACE Hardware, and Walmart.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working mobile phone
- Must have access to the internet
- Must be available to be in the store at 9a, M-F
- Must have valid identification
- Flexible availability (weekends as needed)
