Job Summary
Assemble and repair bicycles, toys, barbecues, and furniture using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer guidelines. Check in with management to confirm build lists and inventory, then generate daily invoices and communicate effectively with your Area Manager. Provide excellent customer service by building positive relationships with clients and maintain a safe, clean workspace. This seasonal role involves flexible scheduling with pay transitioning to piece rate once training is complete, rewarding productivity with earnings up to $30/hour. You must be self-motivated, mechanically apt, and capable of prolonged physical activity including standing, kneeling, and lifting 50+ pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Day-shift/early morning availability
- Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision
- A mechanical aptitude: you are handy
- A smartphone and e-mail address
- Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device
- Ability to pass a background test
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of working on your feet for extended periods
- Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
