Assembly Technician

Assemble and repair products and merchandise for in-store display at local retailers (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's), following manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines. Build items such as barbecues, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches, and furniture, and provide excellent customer service to clients. Communicate with Retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory, generate and complete invoices daily, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. This role is hands-on, physically active, and reward-based on productivity, with pay transitioning to per-piece earnings after training. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to use basic tools (hand tools, cordless screw gun, impact driver), have a smartphone and email, and be capable of standing for extended periods. Training is provided; prior experience is a plus. This position is seasonal with flexible scheduling, including part-time opportunities and varying workloads throughout the year.
