Job Summary
Assembly Technician at NW Service Enterprises, working on-site at Home Depot/Lowe's stores in Orem, UT, assembling and repairing merchandise and displays (barbecues, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches, furniture). Role is seasonal with flexible scheduling and available part-time work; pay is per-piece with typical earnings $15 to $25 per hour, with potential to average higher (training provided). Responsibilities include assembling products per manufacturer instructions, providing customer service, coordinating with retailer management to confirm build lists, generating invoices daily, maintaining a safe workspace, and following retailer guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Day-shift/early morning availability
- Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision
- A mechanical aptitude: you are handy
- Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver
- A smartphone and e-mail address
- Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device
- Ability to pass a background test
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of working on your feet for extended periods
- Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience is a plus, but we will train
